J.D. Salinger, the author of "The Catcher in the Rye," has died at the age of 91 in New Hampshire, The Associated Press reported Thursday, citing the author's literary agent. The reclusive author died of natural causes at his home in Cornish, N.H., according to his son.

Facts about dreams.........
Our mind is not inventing faces – in our dreams we see real faces of real people that we have seen during our life but may not know or remember. Radiohead for Haiti 2010
This past Sunday January 24, Radiohead had a small show for Haiti at the Henry Fonda Theatre in Hollywood. The tickets were auctioned... min start bid was $100....auction ended Saturday......tickets went up to $475 each. I find it amazing that people paid that amount to see Radiohead and help those in need in Haiti.
"This is how much money we made,” singer-guitarist Thom Yorke announced late in the two-hour concert, as he was handed a card with a final tally. “Gross: Fuck me! $572,774!”
Radiohead raised: $572,774!!!!!!! The highest bid for a pair of tickets was $4,000.
Great job guys !!!!!!!! Celebs that attended: Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Flea, Drew Barrymore, Paul Thomas Anderson and Anna Paquin.
Hope this idea inspires other musicians to do the same. Radiohead has been ahead of the game so far.

I watched this movie and I don’t know. I liked it but there were some things that ticked me off….. She’s 15 years old….mad at the world…trying to become a dancer. It is a very deep emotional movie about a torn family. She lives with her single mom and her sister……there is too much alcohol in the household. The 15 year old is always getting drunk and the mom is always trashed dancing in her underwear in the kitchen.
It’s sad, cute, sexy, funny, and depressing. Check it out if you have time. I watched it on….

- thom yorke has a side project with Flea from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, producer Nigel Godrich, and seasoned session hands Joey Waronker and Mauro Refosco. Yorke never got around to naming the new band back then, resulting in some mysterious marquee displays around L.A., and now he’s decided to stick with the same question marks to indicate those guys’ presence.

twenty-ten so far
So far this year has been pretty amazing.
- work has picked up... that means more money money money $$$
- I met the love of my life..... well... i really hope so... no complaints or anything yet....I just haven't been able to remove my smile and quit blushing since the night I met him in Las Vegas Thanksgiving weekend. What an amazing trip. I was already giving up on love due to past experiences with a lover being unfaithful. I was not looking for love and love found me. How perfect is that ? November 27 was the night I fell in love. First date, first kiss was perfect when we met up in San Diego. If you are reading this.... [ i love you nader ]

I am still very much in shock since I remember living with you....drinking too much wine and crying ourselves to sleep while talking about those that weren't worth it that scarred us. - Read all of the unread books that remain on my bookshelf
