I do not know why we still use 1-800-flowers I guess it is one of those flower companies that has the most advertisement.

First time we ordered urgent delivery for the flowers and guess what....... they did not deliver it.
Come on as if it was too damn fucking hard to put it together and have someone deliver them. [Bull]
I called and complained. Ruined my entire day instead of cheering me up. Wanting to see the expression on my mothers face when she sees the flowers would of made my night.... Unfortunately her birthday passed by and no flowers. wtf? Smart flower company eh? So what the idiots decide to do is....deliver one day late. How convenient. Now I look like the irresponsible one.
I complained and they refunded half of the flower order + $20 certificate for next purchase...of course that's how they get you. Even if you hate them....those free $20 are pretty neat when you want to purchase some $50 + flowers.
My dad came up to me yesterday and told me to order some urgent flowers for my mom since today is their "anniversary." You'd think that labeling "Anniversary" would expedite the delivery a bit right? Even after paying $15 for fast delivery. BUT OF COURSE NO...
They do have a thing that says times of delivery may vary from 8-7pm. I called a couple times... The first time she said ," you will get the flowers in the next 20 minutes." 3 hours passed by and of course. fuck them. Even if they send me another $20 certificate I will not be using it. I might as well just go to Costco and buy some orchids or whatever. Thanks flower man.
So my parents had to go to TJ and did not even get to see her flowers. A couple minutes ago I looked out the window and the flowers were on the floor. Gee...thanks dude. How nice .
